I'm completely chagrined that my last post was in March. In which case, I'm going to blame writing kizuna_exchange fic and work. And job applications. I hate them :(

Well, apparently it's not good enough that I have two essays due in three to five days but now I have a cold/flu that is killing my nose, my ability to breathe, and making me hack up my lungs occasionally. I'd like to think I did productive things with the spare time that I have, but. Not really. I mostly slept. And slept some more. I pulled an all-nighter early on in the week. It wasn't pretty. The world kind of went a bit blurry, and I had to take thirty minute naps where I woke up wondering what day it was and why was I even lying there (because it is so very easy to forget how I got there in the first place). I enjoyed At World's End much, much more than Dead Man's Chest, I have to say. DMC was hilarious and all, but didn't do much for the plot, where as AWE pretty much tied up the plot threads and had a satisfying resolution.

Ahem, that is to say, I saw the Transformers movie and it rocked. :D

Everytime the Autobots or Deceptacons transformed, I got a little thrill because it was just so. damn. cool. The effects were done really, really well. And since I have a thing for autonomous robots of all kinds, I was entranced from the get-go.

Well, I guess when I start writing, it's hard to stop. I've finished the next chapter for Web of Fate and I'm currently reviving an old Love Mode WIP, which I've outlined, but never actually written. Well, the first chapter was, but the rest? Remains to be seen.

Next week, off to see a Superman Returns.
